b) We do not accept returns for customized or personalized products, including those with monograms, engravings, or special requests.

e) Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a store credit code of equivalent value via email within 7 business days.
If local abd brought into our store and approved credit will be given immediately on the spot.
